Item description

The successful candidate will be accurate, organized, reliable, self-disciplined and well presented.
The successful candidate will be a non-smoker with reliable transport and a valid drivers license.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans), good grammar and attention to detail.
Good listening and communication ability.
At least 3 years' experience within an office environment.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook email.
The appointment is junior-level. Typing experience will be considered an advantageous, but is not a requirement.

Duties includes, but are not limited to:
Switchboard (no excessive incoming calls at once)
Meeting and greeting guests.
Refreshments for guest.
Filing
Record keeping of office stationery and printing
Starting date: ASAP
